C and i had been playing with blocks on her nursery floor for a while when I decided it was the perfect time to catch up on emails. I grabbed my computer and sat down in her rocker while she continued to play. I became so engrossed in writing replies that I didn't realize C had been quiet for a few minutes. I glanced up and saw this:
C spotted a corner of her favorite lovey that was sticking out of her crib, crawled across the playroom, stood up, grabbed it and started sucking her thumb! Poor baby! She is now taking a little siesta--thanks for the hint, kiddo!
